Special NASCAR-Shrek 2 Toy Two-Packs Coming
ActionMcFarlane Driver Figures Team With Favorite Animated Characters
You don't normally associate fans of the animated film Shrek with the
crazed crowds screaming as their favorite drivers pilot high-horsepower rockets
at near-suicidal speeds around a racetrack.
ActionMcFarlane is bringing those two disparate worlds together this summer with
the release of our special NASCAR-Shrek deluxe two-pack boxed sets.
There will be two individual boxed sets, each featuring a NASCAR driver action
figure along with a Shrek figure, both on a custom base. The first is driver
Tony Stewart (in his orange Home Depot uniform) paired with Donkey. The second
two-pack features driver Bobby LaBonte (in his green and black Interstate
Batteries uniform) paired with Shrek. Both drivers will be sporting Shrek
2 logos on their cars during the 2004 season.
These deluxe two-packs are in addition to our previously announced driver series
-- the
NASCAR Series 1 Refresh and NASCAR Series 2.
Look for these boxed sets in stores this July only from ActionMcFarlane.
