Houston MLB FanFest Event Begins July 9
Bagwell/Clemens Exclusives Figures Offered; Win at Spawn.com
As announced several months ago, the spawn.com gang will once again be storming into Houston,
this time for the John Hancock All-Star FanFest at the George R. Brown Convention Center from
July 9-13.
McFarlane's Sports Picks officially licensed baseball products -- including two-up prototypes
of upcoming figures -- will be on display in our booth and we'll be selling two exclusive figures:
- Houston Astros pitcher ROGER "the Rocket" CLEMENS in his all-white home alternate uniform; and
- Longtime Houston Astros 1B JEFF BAGWELL, who will be dressed in the midnight blue jersey and the goatee he sported a few seasons ago.
The figures will cost $15 each or $25 for a set. Both figures are individually packaged in a
special All-Star Exclusive clamshell container. First-day purchase limits are four sets (a set
being one of each exclusive) per person. Those limits are always subject to change once we're
on the ground.
The McFarlane Toys booth will be located in the MVP Collector's Showcase at the event. Show hours
are: Friday, July 9, 9 AM-6 PM; Saturday, July 10, 9 AM-8 PM; Sunday, July 11, 9 AM-8 PM; Monday,
July 12, 9 AM-8 PM; and Tuesday, July 13, 9 AM-6 PM.
John Hancock All-Star FanFest is the largest baseball fan event in the nation and a once-in-a-lifetime
experience for families and fans of all ages. Event information: 1-800-449-3267 or visit MLB.com or

Following FanFest, McFarlane Toys returns to The National Sports Collectors Convention. This year the 25th
annual convention is in Cleveland, Ohio, at the International Exposition Center from July 22-25. We will
be offering another pair of exclusive figures at the National: a twist on our original LeBron James figure,
sure to be popular with the hometown fans, and a different look at our Allen Iverson 2 figure, featuring
a jersey we've never offered before.
