Topps Announces Draft Picks List for 2004 Traded & Rookies Baseball

Topps recently announced that its 2004 Topps Traded & Rookies Baseball would feature 20 players selected in the 2004 Amateur Baseball Draft. Following are the subjects and their card numbers. 16 of the 20 players were selected in the First Round including First Overall Pick Matt Bush.
