a Hurricane Katrina weekend sales event with 25% of the sale proceeds from participating sellers
being donated to the Red Cross to benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina. In addition, NAXCOM
will also donate 25% of their proceeds during that weekend from the sales that occur with those
